私たちの目的は競い合うことではなく、人と繋がり、楽しみ、高めあうこと。スポーツの良さは、健康、美容も気に留めながら、心が前向きになること。仕事や趣味、人間関係にまで大きな影響を与え、人生全体のパフォーマンスや運まで向上させることを実感しています。

YUJIRO HIRAYAMA
1984年石川県生まれ。大学を中退後、文化服装学院に進学。卒業後、国内コレクションブランドなどを経て2023年に独立、&MOSS(アンドモス)をスタート。幼い頃からのスポーツ経験が、自身の成長や考え方に影響を与え、その要素はブランドにおいて中心的な役割となっている。スポーツとファッションの融合が作る未来=“FLEXIBLE WEAR”をコンセプトに人のビジョンを繋ぎ、新たな衣服と人の関係を生み出す活動をしている。
YUJIRO HIRAYAMA
Born in 1984 in Ishikawa Prefecture. After withdrawing from university, he entered Bunka Fashion College. After graduating from Bunka Fashion College, he worked for domestic collection brands before starting his own company, &MOSS, in 2023. His childhood experiences in sports has influenced his personal growth and way of thinking, and these elements play a central role in his brand. He is working to connect people’s visions and create a new relationship between clothing and people based on the concept of “FLEXIBLE WEAR,” which is the future created by the fusion of sports and fashion.
